@shivinof I agree with "just messing with the cop". Tons of guy cartoons characters do stuff like this just because it's freakin' funny as heck. Like Bugs Bunny kissing Elmer Fudd in the old shows. He always just did it to piss him off. Well all know Bugs is a total flirt with girls (ei Lola Bunny and the mechanical female rabbit he mistook for a real one).
